The 4" drop axles were a big plus for me since my Texas Chopper
frame didn't rub while loading or unloading. This was a major concern

sweetheart of a person) has to drive 5 hours again to my house to deliver another trailer! So now I have both trailers and
life is good!! Only one problem - I can't fit all that I wanted to in the enclosed trailer - I need about three more inches!! -
After many in/out/in/out lift this quad - jack this one/that one - still can't close the back ramp door $#@%$!#@%!$@#! I
call Scott - now feeling like a fool and say I need a bigger trailer and will you take this one back without me loosing my
shorts. Scott say's no problem - what do you need - so now we order a 33' Vnose and add all the goodies like the other
one. Now the original enclosed trailer I bought is in Upstate New York with what I could fit in it. I ask Scott if he would
deliver the new one there so we could swap them out - and like always - no problem!

checker board floor, diamond plate ramp, roof vent, inside lights, extra 6" ceiling, and spare tire. Of course they had one

Silverado which included the tow hitch, electric brake system and several adapters. I considered the original quote fair
and reasonable but when I came to get the truck after the job was done the actual price you charged was lower than the
quote. What a unique concept. During this visit I bought one of your US Cargo 5x10 Enclosed Cargo Trailers. The
options I wanted added included stabilizers, spare tire, E track and D Ring tie downs. I found the quote you provided was
most reasonable and your commitment to have the work completed to meet my departure schedule from the
Mechanicsburg area was appreciated. When I came on 16 April to pick up the trailer I found all the work was completed
as promised, was done very professionally, and your idea to mount the spare tire on the interior of the trailer was
innovative and the result was a value added feature to the overall effectiveness of the trailer. The trip back to Southern
Maryland is around 200 miles and the trailer towed perfectly with no problems. There was no noticable drag on the
vehicle and it tracked great behind my truck. Originally I was hesitant to buy a trailer in Pennsylvania and then try to
register it in Maryland. The ability to use Pennsylvania transit tags got me home and the paperwork you provided for the
trailer allowed me to get Maryland hard tags within less than 15 minutes at the local MVA Tag and Title outpost. There

and a handful of inquiries to the factory, I decided to order this trailer
sight unseen in November. I was worried to say the least by the
idea of ordering a very expensive trailer without so much as a point
of reference. Ty said if I didn't like it he would refund my money so I
family emergency. Ty said he would personally deliver the trailer as
soon as he returned. (I live +100 miles away) I wanted to visit Allpro
anyway so Ty put me in contact with Tim to finish the paperwork.

trailer, and by the time we were done we bought a 6.4 x 10 with the excellent service we
received from Scott Smith. He helped meet our needs by asking a few simple questions of
what we would use the trailer for. The trailer was for my husband, but I was given the
project of getting all the information. I knew nothing about trailers, but after talking with
Scott I knew exactly what I was purchasing by the time I hung up the phone. After agreeing
on the exact trailer Scott offered to send me pictures. The picture was of the exact trailer we
were purchasing and it had just been custimized to my specifications. I set a time that I
would pick the trailer up and it was a done deal. Mind you I called at 11am and was picking

auto event in July. Scott Smith and the entire sales staff have been very helpful and
knowledgable in designing and providing a "CUSTOM FIT" trailer for my new Dodge
Challenger. They took quite a few different measurements of the car so that it would fit.
The trailer was delivered by Roger Murphy who was extremely helpful in setting it up to
fit my tow vehicle. Roger had driven nearly 6 hours to my address and still had to return
to PA that evening. He assembled the anti-sway kit and adjusted everything. He
answered all of my questions regarding the entire trailer along with some helpful tips
on proper towing techniques in a very professional manner. When we loaded the car
into the trailer, everything lined up perfectly. The wheels of the car had to be elevated
inside the trailer to allow for the use of an "Escape Hatch". These floor devices did not
even need to be adjusted as the tires lined up directly on top of them. These guys know
their business and I am glad that I made my purchase through them! I would definitly
recommend All Pro West to anybody planning on purchasing a trailer in the future.

ALL PRO WEST EMPLOYEE’S. This letter is to tell you what we think about your employees. It is because of Scott
Smith, Scott Miller and Keith Boyd that this letter is long overdue. Well about a month ago we went to ALL PRO WEST on
the west shore. WOW what a great surprise. We meet with Scott Smith he was so professional and caring. We were
looking for a trailer to haul seven ATV’s. He took us out to look at all our options, and explained what each trailer has and
what he felt we needed. Before we left that day we purchased an 8.5 X 24-foot trailer. He took us inside to complete the
purchase. We also talked to Scott Miller; he was also very nice, and professional.

You guys are the best. Plain and simple. Let me explain. I recently
purchased a new CarMate custom enclosed car hauler from AllProWest
(APW). Previously, I used to haul my antique car on an open trailer. When I
decided to move up to an enclosed trailer, I did a lot of on-line research,
read the testimonials, talked to other enthusiasts at car shows and toured
a few dealers to determine the best place to purchase a trailer. After all
that, APW was the best choice for my trailer purchase. I decided to order
a “custom” CarMate trailer that I could build to my specifications. I was not
familiar with an enclosed trailer or what size / type trailer I really needed.
Tim, from sales, walked me thru the whole process of deciding on trailer
type and length, proper door placement, axle selection and then any
options that would suit my wish list. He provided valuable assistance but
was never pushy or tried to sell me more than what I wanted. He not only
quoted me a good price on the new trailer but gave me a “trade in value”
on my open trailer that I thought was very good and actually much higher
than 2 other dealers. I choose the CarMate brand as their trailers are
made in the USA and right here in Pennsylvania. They provide a rugged
top of the line trailer with a full steel frame. The order was placed, it took
around 6 weeks to build and Tim kept me informed on the progress.
When the trailer arrived at APW, it was prepped for delivery. On the day of
delivery, I hauled my open trailer and car to APW. Tim suggested I bring
the car to help position the car in the new trailer and to check for any
problems either loading or unloading the car. That was a good
suggestion as it determined the car placement for access and weight
distribution. Tim gave me a tour of my new trailer and then the shop guys
took over. While Tim and I did the paperwork, the shop installed the
weight distributing hitch and a few options that APW provided on the truck
and trailer. The shop technicians were all very knowledgeable, friendly
and provided 1st rate service. Before I left, I was given a final tour of the
trailer and also instructed in the use of the trailer, options and hitch
assembly. Overall, my trailer buying experience with AllProWest was very
positive and I would heartily recommend them to anybody who is in the
market for any type of trailer. My trailer will suit my needs for a long time

impressed me along with the price was the way they took care of a
customer. I showed up at All-Pro West at 7:35 am on Friday
morning. They had the trailer I wanted in stock, an 18 foot 12,000
lbs. equipment trailer. I told them of my situation, and they gave me
a “knock out” deal. With-in minutes they had my truck in their shop
installing an electronic break controller and in less than 45 minutes
after I showed up that morning, I was on my way to rescue my
daughters car. I have used it several different times since hauling
tractors, trucks, skid loaders etc… with absolutely no complaints.

I would like to say thank to 2 young gentleman that were traveling on I-95 today (3/15/08 maybe around 6 PM). During the
travel time, I-95 had strong winds (if not a tornado touching down near) and had trees and limbs down on the highway.
One of your vehicles (unable to get tag #) had two gentlemen in it and stopped on the interstate to pull trees off of the
highway for travelers to get past. My husband and I were traveling right along side with them. We would like to say a BIG
