The 4" drop axles were a big plus for me since my Texas Chopper

(another sweetheart of a person) has to drive 5hours again to my house to deliver another trailer! So now I have both
trailers and life is good!! Only one problem - I can't fit all that I wanted to in the enclosed trailer - I need about three
more inches!! - After many in/out/in/out lift this quad - jack this one/that one - still can't close the back ramp door
$#@%$!#@%!$@#! I call Scott - now feeling like a fool and say I need a bigger trailer and will you take this one back
without me loosing my shorts. Scott say's no problem - what do you need - so now we order a 33'Vnose and add all
the goodies like the other one. Now the original enclosed trailer I bought is in Upstate New York with what I could fit
in it. I ask Scott if he would deliver the new one there so we could swap them out - and like always - no problem!

SEVERAL pages of customer testimonials, which we believe says a lot for any business. I called All Pro West and
gave our salesman, Tim Herron, our particular specifications and tight delivery requirement. Tim checked his inventory
and said that he had a trailer in stock that meet our specifications but was not the color we were looking for, he offered
to check with his other manufactures to see what they had available and found EXACTLY what we were looking for and
said that he could have it within a few days. Unlike several other dealers we had spoke with Tim did NOT try to up-sell
us or try to talk us into buying the trailer he had in stock. We live in Baltimore, MD and were hesitant about buying from
an out of state dealer but Tim assured us that if we didn't like the trailer there was no obligation to buy it and the small
deposit we put down to hold it would be refunded. Our trailer arrived on Friday (before Labor Day) and although we
arrived at All Pro West a half hour before they were scheduled to close for a long holiday weekend we never felt rushed
by any of the staff. Tim went over the whole trailer with us and promptly answered any questions we had. We were very
impressed in his knowledge of the trailer and his willingness to make suggestions of possible ways to setup the
trailer to haul our bikes. He even walked us through their shop so we could see a trailer that they were currently setting
up. Another thing that impressed us was the teamwork among the employees. While we were finalizing the sale with
Tim another employee hooked up our trailer for us and loaded the accessories we had purchased. During the final
inspection of the trailer we noticed that the inside doom lights were not working, immediately one of the shop workers
came out, jumped in our truck, removed the fuse panel, and replaced a blown fuse. We are extremely satisfied with
our trailer and highly recommend All Pro West to anyone looking for a trailer or trailer accessories. These guys really

CarMate Trailer to be the best buy for the money, and your prices very fair. So I called and talk with Tim and setup a
planned to pick up the following Friday or Thursday of that week. I decided to upgrade to the trailer to one with
checkerboard flooring, finished walls and cabinets. So I called Tim to inquire about this change which he said would
be no problem even with the short notice. I also told Tim I had a small window of time to do pick up on Friday. When I
arrived Friday morning the spare tire was mounted on trailer and all paper work was done. I signed a couple of
papers while the guys from the shop reset the ball height on my hitch and hooked up the trailer. I was in and out in 30
minutes. This was a good buying experience and well worth the drive.

area in Harrisburg. I was told they were experts in the industry and would be able to perform a full hitch and wiring job.

say enough about the service and the people there. It was a good three and a half hour drive to go pick up the trailer
from where I am located in upstate New York. It was totally worth the drive! When I walked in the door the gentlemen
behind the service counter asked me if they could help me. I said, " I am here to pick up a dump trailer and I am
looking for Scott Smith (director of sales)." The gentlemen appointed me to the sales department where Scott was
sitting behind his desk. Scott asked me how the drive was and even if I wanted something to drink or if he could get

paperwork was taken care of Scott took me outside to show me the trailer I purchased. I was so thrilled and

year. Scott upgraded my trailer with LED lights and the oversized hydolic cylinder. Basicaly he gave me the heavier
duty trailer for the same price I was paying originaly. I never asked for that but Scott knew what I was going to be using
the trailer for. He did that just out of pure kindness. The prices you pay on the market for these trailers today are very
high. They are built very well and worth every penny! Especially if you are a contractor like myself. I shopped around

discussed I'm a returning customer to All Pro West. The first visit was to have the trailer package installed on my 2003
Chevrolet Silverado which included the tow hitch, electric brake system and several adaptors. I considered the
original quote fair and reasonable but when I came to get the truck after the job was done the actual price you charged
was lower than the quote. What a unique concept. During this visit I bought one of your US Cargo 5x10 Enclosed
Cargo Trailers. The options I wanted added included stabilizers, spare tire, E-track, and D-Ring tie-down points. I
found the quote you provided was most reasonable and your commitment to have the work completed to meet my
departure schedule from the Mechanicsburg area was appreciated. When I came on 16 April to pick up the trailer I
found all the work was completed as promised, was done very professionally, and your idea to mount the spare tire
on the interior of the trailer was innovative and the result was a value added feature to the overall effectiveness of the
trailer. The trip back to Southern Maryland is around 200 miles and the trailer towed perfectly with no problems. There
was no noticable drag on the vehicle and it tracked great behind my truck. Originally I was hesitant to buy a trailer in
Pennsylvania and then try to register it in Maryland. The ability to use Pennsylvania transit tags got me home and the
paperwork you provided for the trailer allowed me to get Maryland hard tags within less than 15 minutes at the local
MVA Tag and Title outpost. There was absolutely no questions about the paperwork and it went through without any
problems. Thank you for your fine service, standing behind your product, and making this a very pleasant purchase.

On the 2700 mile trip out west, we experienced surprisingly difficult

September 2008 I contacted Ty about an 18' custom built 12K
Aluminum equipment hauler. This isn't the type of trailer you typically
find sitting on a dealer's lot. After about a million questions and a
handful of inquiries to the factory, I decided to order this trailer sight
unseen in November. I was worried to say the least by the idea of
ordering a very expensive trailer without so much as a point of
reference. Ty said if I didn't like it he would refund my money so I
decided to go for it. Finally the day came to pick it up and Ty ran into a

The service at All Pro West is PHENOMENAL!!! We called for a 5 x 10 basic
bare bones trailer, and by the time we were done we bought a 6.4 x 10 with
tracks for locking equiment down, a spare tire, and tool box. This is because of
the excellent service we received from Scott Smith. He helped meet our needs
by asking a few simple questions of what we would use the trailer for. The
trailer was for my husband, but I was given the project of getting all the
information. I knew nothing about trailers, but after talking with Scott I knew
exactly what I was purchasing by the time I hung up the phone. After agreeing
on the exact trailer Scott offered to send me pictures. The picture was of the
exact trailer we were purchasing and it had just been custimized to my
